Enjoy the Taste of Eating Right
Eating healthy won’t cost you a fortune. You just need dedication, effort and inspiration.
EVERY BITE MATTERS.
“Eat you food as medicine, otherwise you have to eat medicine as your food.”

The body is about 60% water, give or take. Health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon. This is called the 8×8 rule and is very easy to remember.
Fruit infused water or detox water is made by adding different combinations of fruits, herbs, and vegetables to water in order to infuse it with their flavors. Because fruit infused water is made by infusing flavors (rather than blending or juicing fruits and vegetables) it is naturally very low in calories and sugar.

Vegetables Are Rich in Many Nutrients
- Research consistently shows that diets rich in vegetables may boost heart health and reduce the risk of dying prematurely.
- Eating vegetables may help you lose weight or avoid gaining it in the first place.
- Diets rich in vegetables have been linked to a lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
- Eating a lot of vegetables each day may reduce your risk of certain cancers, and fiber may be the reason why.

GO FOODS
“Go” foods, for starters, are called as such because they provide energy to keep kids active and on the go. These consist of carbohydrate-rich foods such as sweet potatoes, rice, pasta, and bread. Children lacking in this food group may tire easily and feel weak.

GROW FOODS
“Grow” foods, on the other hand, help build bones and teeth, strengthen muscles, and improve mental functions. Under this category are protein-rich foods such as meat, eggs, fish, and dairy products such as milk.

GLOW FOODS
“Glow” foods help strengthen the body’s immune system to give protection against sickness and diseases. Vegetables belong to this group as well as fruits that are filled with vitamins A, C, E, B-6, zinc, and folic acid, like apples, oranges, dalandan, bananas, avocados, papayas, and pineapples.
THE ART OF MEAL PREPARATION
Some benefits of meal prep:
- Can help save money.
- Can ultimately save time.
- Can help with weight control, as you decide the ingredients and portions served.
- Can contribute to an overall more nutritionally balanced diet.
- Can reduce stress as you avoid last minute decisions about what to eat, or rushed preparation.

Dessert is not only delicious, but it can help improve your overall health and weight. Researchers from Tel Aviv University report that eating dessert with breakfast, such as cookies or a slice of cake, can aid with weight loss and help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
